Most of us have had moments at work where we think: | “Why is this so much harder than it needs to be?” | Maybe it’s the conversations that go nowhere, the same problems that keep coming back, unclear expectations, frustrating relationships, or the feeling that you’re working hard but still hitting the same walls. | This two-night workshop is about making sense of what’s really happening at work. We’ll explore the patterns that shape our workplace experiences, how our own behaviors and the environments around us influence what happens, and how to figure out what is actually within our control. | You’ll leave with a better understanding of why work can feel so difficult, tools for navigating common workplace challenges, and a clearer sense of what you can do differently moving forward.
